Anxiety disorders present with various warning signs. Over the course of the sessions, participants gain a better understanding of how they relate to others, improve their self-confidence, their assertiveness and learn to integrate into a group. There are several methods (psychodrama, talk groups…). 

Whatever the method of taking charge chosen, the therapist will systematically have a support role, he will put in place an attentive listening and will bring you advice in the short and medium term.
